شروط استخدام تطبيق «أبناء الرازي»

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام تطبيق «أبناء الرازي» الذي تقدّمه مدارس أبناء الرازي الأهلية في البصرة لطلابها وأولياء أمورهم ومعلّميها. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كان المستخدم طالبًا قاصرًا فعلى وليّ أمره أن يطّلع على هذه الشروط معه. وإذا اختلف النص العربي عن النص الإنجليزي فالنص العربي هو المعتمد.

1. الحسابات

• تُصدر المدرسة كل الحسابات. لا يوجد تسجيل ذاتي. تسلّمك المدرسة حسابك على «بطاقة الدخول»، وتحدّد نوعه (طالب، وليّ أمر، معلّم) والأبناء المرتبطين بوليّ الأمر.
• الحساب شخصي. لا تعطِ كلمة مرورك ولا بطاقة الدخول ولا رمز QR الذي عليها لأحد، ولا تستخدم حساب غيرك. أنت مسؤول عما يحدث بحسابك.
• عند أول دخول يطلب منك التطبيق تغيير كلمة المرور التي وضعتها المدرسة. إذا فقدت بطاقتك أو ظننت أن غيرك عرف كلمة مرورك فأبلغ المدرسة فورًا لتعيد تعيينها.
• يستطيع وليّ الأمر رؤية بيانات أبنائه المرتبطين به فقط، وبحسب ما تسمح به المدرسة.

2. الغرض من التطبيق

التطبيق للشؤون المدرسية فقط: الدروس والواجبات والاختبارات والدرجات والحضور والإعلانات، والتواصل بين الطالب ومعلّميه، وبين مكتب المدرسة والطلاب والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور، ومشاركة الموقع الاختيارية للطالب.

3. المحادثات تحت إشراف المدرسة

• في التطبيق نوعان من المحادثات: محادثة الطالب مع المعلمين المكلّفين بتدريسه، ومحادثة يفتحها مكتب المدرسة مع وليّ أمر أو طالب أو معلّم (يجدها وليّ الأمر في «رسائل المدرسة»). ويرسل وليّ الأمر طلباته المكتوبة إلى المكتب من «مراسلة الإدارة».
• النوعان خاضعان لإشراف إدارة المدرسة، ومنهما محادثات المكتب مع أولياء الأمور. يجوز للمشرفين المخوَّلين الاطلاع على المحادثات ومرفقاتها، ويُسجَّل كل اطلاع باسم من قام به.
• حذف رسالة من المحادثة أو تعديلها لا يزيلها من سجل المدرسة.
• قبل أول محادثة يعرض التطبيق على الطالب والمعلّم إشعار الإشراف ويطلب إقرارهما به.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

عند استخدام التطبيق لا يجوز لك:

• التنمّر أو المضايقة أو التهديد أو الإهانة، أو التحريض على الكراهية أو العنف.
• إرسال محتوى جنسي أو عنيف أو مخيف أو غير لائق، أو أي محتوى مخالف للقانون.
• مشاركة بيانات شخص آخر أو صوره أو رسائله أو تسجيلاته الصوتية دون إذنه، داخل التطبيق أو خارجه. ويشمل ذلك لقطات الشاشة والصور التي تحفظها بـ«حفظ الصورة».
• انتحال شخصية أحد، أو استخدام حساب غيرك.
• إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو متكررة أو إعلانات، أو استخدام المحادثة لغير الشؤون الدراسية.
• محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات لا تخصّك، أو تجاوز حماية التطبيق أو الخادم، أو تعطيل الخدمة.
• طلب معلومات شخصية أو لقاءات خارج إطار المدرسة.

تذكير بالسلامة: لا تشارك معلوماتك الشخصية أو صورك أو كلمة مرورك مع أحد خارج المدرسة، وكن لطيفًا في كلامك مع الآخرين. وإذا أزعجتك رسالة أو أقلقك شيء فأخبر وليّ أمرك أو معلّمك أو إدارة المدرسة، فنحن هنا لمساعدتك.

5. المحتوى الذي ترسله

• أنت مسؤول عما ترسله: الرسائل والصور والرسائل الصوتية والملفات وحلول الواجبات والطلبات.
• تحفظ المدرسة هذا المحتوى وتعرضه لمن يحق له داخل التطبيق، للأغراض المدرسية فقط، وللمدد المذكورة في سياسة الخصوصية.
• يحق للمدرسة إخفاء أي رسالة أو محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط.

6. الإبلاغ وما يحدث بعده

• للإبلاغ عن رسالة (للطلاب والمعلمين): اضغط مطوّلًا على الرسالة، ثم اختر «الإبلاغ عن الرسالة»، واختر السبب: محتوى غير لائق، تنمّر أو مضايقة، رسائل مزعجة، خارج الموضوع الدراسي، أُرسلت إلى الشخص الخطأ، أو سبب آخر مع شرح.
• يصل البلاغ إلى إدارة المدرسة بسرية، ولا يعرف صاحب الرسالة من أبلغ عنه.
• تراجع الإدارة البلاغ خلال يوم عمل واحد، وقد تخفي الرسالة، أو تغلق المحادثة، أو توقف الحساب، أو تتواصل مع وليّ الأمر، أو تتخذ إجراءً تأديبيًا وفق أنظمة المدرسة.
• محادثات وليّ الأمر هي مع مكتب المدرسة نفسه. إذا كان لديك اعتراض على شيء فيها فاتصل بإدارة المدرسة مباشرة.
• إذا أزعجك أحد فأبلغ عن رسالته، أو اتصل بمكتب المدرسة مباشرة. تستطيع المدرسة إغلاق المحادثة أو إيقاف الحساب.
• للإبلاغ عن أمر لا يخص رسالة بعينها، أو إذا كان الأمر عاجلًا، اتصل بالمدرسة: +964 772 658 7102 (اتصال أو واتساب). وإن كان أحد في خطر فاتصل بالجهات المختصة فورًا.

7. مشاركة الموقع

مشاركة الموقع اختيارية، ولا تعمل إلا بعد أن تفعّلها المدرسة ويوقّع وليّ الأمر الأساسي موافقة مكتوبة ويقبلها الطالب بنفسه. وهي غير متاحة لمن هم دون 13 سنة. يستطيع الطالب إيقافها أو سحب موافقته في أي وقت. لا تستخدم هذه الميزة لتتبّع أحد دون علمه. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

8. صلاحيات المدرسة

• يحق للمدرسة إيقاف أي حساب أو أرشفته، أو إعادة تعيين كلمة مروره، أو فك ارتباط وليّ أمر بطالب، وخاصة عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو انتهاء علاقة المستخدم بالمدرسة، أو لحماية الطلاب. يُسجَّل كل ذلك مع سببه.
• يحق للمدرسة تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو إيقاف بعضها.
• انتهاء دراسة الطالب في المدرسة أو عمل المعلّم فيها قد يؤدي إلى أرشفة الحساب.

9. توفّر الخدمة والإشعارات

• نسعى إلى أن يعمل التطبيق دائمًا، لكننا لا نضمن عمله دون انقطاع أو أخطاء.
• قد لا تصل الإشعارات إلى الهاتف أحيانًا. مثلًا: هواتف Huawei التي لا تحتوي على خدمات Google لا تستقبل الإشعارات حاليًا. تبقى كل التنبيهات في صندوق الإشعارات داخل التطبيق، فراجعه.
• لا تعتمد على التطبيق وحده في حالة طارئة. اتصل بالمدرسة أو بالجهات المختصة مباشرة.

10. حدود المسؤولية

تقدّم المدرسة التطبيق وسيلةً مساعدة للتواصل ومتابعة الشؤون المدرسية. السجلات الرسمية هي سجلات المدرسة. لا تتحمل المدرسة مسؤولية ضرر ينتج عن سوء استخدام حسابك من قبلك، أو عن مشاركتك كلمة مرورك، أو عن انقطاع خارج عن إرادتها، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

11. القانون والنزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق. نحاول حل أي خلاف وديًا مع إدارة المدرسة أولًا، وإن تعذّر ذلك فالاختصاص للمحاكم العراقية المختصة.

12. تغيير الشروط

إذا غيّرنا هذه الشروط ننشر النص الجديد هنا مع تاريخ نفاذ جديد، ونعلن التغيير المهم في التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد ذلك يعني قبولك الشروط الجديدة.

Terms of Use for the Abna Al-Razi app

Effective date: 26 September 2026

These terms govern the use of the «أبناء الرازي» (Abna Al-Razi) app, which Abna Al-Razi Private Schools in Basra provides to its students, their guardians and its teachers. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If the user is a student who is a minor, their guardian should go through these terms with them. If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text applies.

1. Accounts

• The school issues every account. There is no sign-up. The school hands you your account on a login card and decides its type (student, guardian, teacher) and which children are linked to a guardian.
• Your account is personal. Do not give anyone your password, your login card or the QR code on it, and do not use anyone else's account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• At your first sign-in, the app asks you to change the password the school set. If you lose your card or think someone else knows your password, tell the school at once so it can reset it.
• A guardian can see only the data of the children linked to them, as the school allows.

2. What the app is for

The app is for school matters only: lessons, homework, quizzes, marks, attendance and announcements; communication between students and their teachers, and between the school office and students, teachers and guardians; and optional location sharing for students.

3. Chat is supervised by the school

• The app has two kinds of conversation: a student with the teachers assigned to teach them, and conversations the school office opens with a guardian, a student or a teacher (guardians find these under «رسائل المدرسة», School messages). Guardians send written requests to the office from «مراسلة الإدارة» (Contact the school office).
• Both kinds are supervised by the school administration, including the office's conversations with guardians. Authorised supervisors may review conversations and their attachments, and every review is recorded under the name of the person who made it.
• Deleting or editing a message in a conversation does not remove it from the school record.
• Before the first conversation, the app shows students and teachers the supervision notice and asks them to acknowledge it.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the app, you must not:

• bully, harass, threaten or insult anyone, or stir up hatred or violence;
• send sexual, violent, frightening or inappropriate content, or anything illegal;
• share another person's details, photos, messages or voice recordings without their permission, inside or outside the app. This includes screenshots and images you keep with "Save image";
• pretend to be someone else, or use another person's account;
• send spam, repeated messages or advertising, or use chat for anything other than school work;
• try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, get around the security of the app or the server, or disrupt the service;
• ask for personal information or for meetings outside school.

Stay safe online: do not share your personal information, photos or password with anyone outside school, and be kind in what you write to others. If a message upsets you or something worries you, tell your guardian, your teacher or the school administration. We are here to help.

5. What you send

• You are responsible for what you send: messages, photos, voice messages, files, homework answers and requests.
• The school stores this content and shows it to the people entitled to see it in the app, for school purposes only and for the periods set out in the privacy policy.
• The school may hide any message or content that breaks these terms.

6. Reporting, and what happens next

• To report a message (students and teachers): press and hold the message, choose «الإبلاغ عن الرسالة» (Report message), and pick a reason: inappropriate content, harassment or bullying, spam, off topic, sent to the wrong person, or another reason with an explanation.
• The report goes privately to the school administration. The sender is not told who reported them.
• The administration reviews reports within one working day. It may hide the message, close the conversation, suspend the account, contact the guardian, or take disciplinary action under the school's rules.
• A guardian's conversations are with the school office itself. If you object to something in them, contact the school administration directly.
• If someone bothers you, report their message or contact the school office directly. The school can close the conversation or suspend the account.
• To report something that is not about a particular message, or if it is urgent, contact the school: +964 772 658 7102 (call or WhatsApp). If anyone is in danger, call the emergency services at once.

7. Location sharing

Location sharing is optional. It works only after the school switches it on, the primary guardian signs a written consent, and the student accepts it on their own phone. It is not available to students under 13. The student can stop sharing or withdraw consent at any time. Do not use this feature to follow anyone without their knowledge. Details are in the privacy policy.

8. The school's rights

• The school may suspend or archive any account, reset its password, or unlink a guardian from a student, in particular when these terms are broken, when a user's relationship with the school ends, or to protect students. Each such action is recorded with its reason.
• The school may change the app's features or switch some of them off.
• When a student leaves the school or a teacher stops working there, their account may be archived.

9. Availability and notifications

• We try to keep the app working at all times, but we do not promise it will run without interruptions or errors.
• Notifications sometimes do not reach the phone. For example, Huawei phones without Google services do not receive them at present. Every alert stays in the app's notification inbox, so check it.
• Do not rely on the app alone in an emergency. Call the school or the emergency services directly.

10. Limitation of liability

The school provides the app as a helpful way to communicate and follow school matters. The official records are the school's own records. To the extent the law allows, the school is not responsible for harm caused by your own misuse of your account, by sharing your password, or by outages beyond its control.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We will first try to settle any disagreement with the school administration. If that fails, the competent Iraqi courts have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new text here with a new effective date, and announce significant changes in the app. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
